The Metrics allows you to document weight changes and give the provider a change to change or comment on changes in real time. I have been to many Pysch docs and it can be very frustrating because they look at my history and rinse and repeat what I’ve always done which isn’t working for me anymore. I have been desperate for better help for almost a year and I finally found Shelly. She really listens and gives a lot of verbal feedback. Randy Kauk is an awesome provider who takes the time to explain treatment decisions, is very down to earth and above all, speaks to me, not at me or down to me. Her down to earth demeanor is disarming; and this comes from someone who basically lost all faith in the Healthcare system especially regarding psychiatry. Furthermore she is in a class of her own when it comes to communication and assistance after the appointment. When the pharmacy didn't receive an order for one of my medications, I messaged her after business hours and she had responded by the time they opened the next morning. This is unfortunately not common, especially in telemedicine.
