Patients can find online and/or in-person medical providers who specialize in providing affordable, accessible online and in-person care for a variety of needs, including weight management, counseling and therapy for mental health, primary care, and more.

Some providers on Klarity Health now accept most insurance plans, including major providers such as UnitedHealthcare, BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Humana, plus many others. You can now leverage your insurance benefits for potential coverage and reimbursement. FSA/HSA and self-pay are also accepted.

*Hybrid (in-person and telehealth) services may be available in some states

How much is Klarity Health per month?

Klarity Health doesn’t require a monthly subscription. Instead, you pay a cost set by the provider for each visit. Providers set their rates and some offer free initial consultations and initial appointments for as low as $80. Note the cost of a visit doesn’t include medications.

Know that providers on Klarity Health are independent practitioners with clinical autonomy, a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription isn’t guaranteed.

Providers on Klarity Health are available in all 50 states. Availability though depends on whether or not there are providers who practice in your state when you make your appointment. Klarity Health is a healthcare marketplace and telehealth platform that connects you with licensed online doctors or medical providers for virtual and/or in-person care. You can easily book visits by searching with providers based on specialty or condition in your state.

Choose a telehealth provider that fits your needs, complete the necessary forms, and join your secure telehealth video visit or attend your in-person appointment. If you’re prescribed medication due to medical necessity, you can select an online or local pharmacy for pickup or delivery.

Klarity Health doesn’t prescribe or provide medications. Providers on Klarity Health can prescribe medications during online or in-person appointments if they recommend medication as part of your treatment plan. Providers on Klarity Health are independent practitioners with clinical autonomy; a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription is not guaranteed. Some states require at least one in-person appointment before a provider can prescribe medications.

Can I use insurance on Klarity Health?

Accepted Answer

Insurance coverage available with select providers on Klarity. You may also choose to self-pay using a credit or debit card at the time of service. Your provider or the Klarity Health Patient Support team can give you a copy of your bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. While some Klarity providers are considered out-of-network, you may still be eligible for insurance reimbursement, depending on your plan. Klarity’s Patient Support team can provide documentation to help with claims.

Klarity Health does not dispense medications. Providers on Klarity Health work with you to arrange medication pickup at your preferred pharmacy or delivery to your address.

In the Klarity Select Weight Loss Program, Klarity partners with Strive Pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy. Strive Pharmacy ships GLP-1 medications to your address based on prescriptions from your chosen provider. You can contact Strive Pharmacy at:
