Treatment philosophy & approaches
Jungian psychotherapy & Somatic psychotherapy:
Jungian psychotherapy is a depth-oriented approach that supports self-understanding by exploring emotional patterns, relationships, dreams, and the symbolic life of the psyche. The focus is on integration and meaning, not only symptom reduction.
Somatic psychotherapy, including Hakomi-informed work, brings gentle, mindful attention to bodily experience as a way of understanding emotions held beyond words. This work is collaborative, non-invasive, and paced according to your readiness.
Together, these approaches support emotional regulation, psychological integration, and a more grounded relationship to self and experience.
No prior experience with depth or somatic therapy is required.
