I’m not here to keep you in therapy for years by default. Some people come for a focused stretch and then taper off. Others check in periodically when life changes. Either way, the goal is progress and momentum—not therapy as a subscription.
I don’t do one-size-fits-all therapy. We’ll use what matters to you—your values, goals, and real-life interests (anime, sports, faith/spirituality, gaming, music, books, etc.). Therapy with me often looks less like “therapy” and more like problem-solving, skill-building, and support through hard moments.
