My name is Thomas R. Yarber and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 40+ years of dedicated experience in mental health in different positions.. For the last 35 years I worked as a PMHNP and Adult Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. I provide compassionate and effective care through psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy for individuals.

I believe that a thorough evaluation with clients is necessary. We will discuss your treatment goals and whether or not medications will palay a a part in your treatment and recovery. As the provider, I focus on the development of a positive and therapeutic relationship while providing you with education, and a tailored/customized medication management and therapy approach that fits your needs and goals.
