Hello, I'm Tasha Hill- Wilson, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with two decades of experience in healthcare. I am passionate about helping Women with mental health challenges. My journey has taken me through various roles, from inpatient care to telehealth, where I've been dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.
I am the owner and provider of Unique Minds Psychiatry-The Women’s Depression & Anxiety Clinic. At Unique Minds Psychiatry-The Women’s Depression & Anxiety Clinic we focus on the mental health and wellness of Women exclusively.

Mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety can affect anyone at any time. However, it is important to understand that Women are particularly susceptible to these mental health challenges and are likely to experience depression and anxiety more than men. Researchers have known for years that Women are about twice as likely to be diagnosed with depression as men, with depression being the leading cause of disease burden among Women. The same is true for anxiety, with anxiety generally being considered more prevalent and potentially more severe in Women compared to men.
At Unique Minds Psychiatry-The Women’s Depression & Anxiety Clinic I focus on providing integrative psychiatry, psychotherapy, and medication management services via telehealth.

I specialize in creating personalized treatment plans to support Women with both acute and chronic signs and symptoms. I also treat co-occurring disorders such as bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, stress & burn out, PTSD, OCD, and sleep disturbances.

My approach involves building a rapport with my clients while also utilizing a mix of evaluations, therapy, medication management, behavior modification & lifestyle adjustments. This approach is important to promote overall mental health and wellness.

I take pride in my ability to engage with patients, stabilize their conditions, and help them on their recovery journey.
