I work with clients who are dealing with a wide range of issues, including the long-term effects of sexual abuse, psychological abuse, and physical abuse. My focus is on helping you feel safe, understood, and emotionally steady, especially if your experiences have left you feeling isolated, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward.
My approach is trauma-informed, grounded, and tailored to you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift harmful thought patterns, Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT) for processing and healing trauma, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help you build on what’s already working. I also draw from Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy to support emotional regulation, increase self-trust, and foster meaningful growth.
