My approach blends strengths-based therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). That means we’ll gently explore thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck—while also identifying your existing strengths and resilience. I don’t see you as “broken” or in need of fixing. I see you as someone who has adapted in ways that once made sense and now deserves new, more supportive tools.

Our work is collaborative and paced to meet you where you are. Some sessions may focus on insight and reflection, while others are more skills-based and practical. Together, we’ll build awareness, coping strategies, and confidence so you can feel more grounded, balanced, and in control—both inside and outside the therapy room.

Above all, I want therapy to feel human, empowering, and hopeful. My goal is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, trusting your inner wisdom, and moving forward with greater clarity and peace.

What I love most about being a psychotherapist is the privilege of walking alongside people during moments of growth, clarity, and healing. I deeply value creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and compassionate with themselves. I find meaning in helping people recognize their strengths, gain insight into patterns that no longer serve them, and reconnect with a sense of balance and confidence. Whether the work involves skill-building, reflection, or deeper emotional exploration, I'm continually inspired by my client's resilience and courage.
