My approach is structured, evidence-based, and practical. I use Inference-Based CBT and ERP for OCD, CBT, ERP and REBT for anxiety, and EMDR, IFS and Art Therapy for trauma. Therapy with me is active and collaborative. We identify the patterns that keep you stuck and build skills to interrupt them.

The goal isn’t just symptom relief. It’s helping you step out of a negative cycle so your decisions are guided by calm and clarity rather than fear or self-downing.
