She began her nursing career in the United States Army Reserves and went on to further her education, ultimately earning her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Originally born and raised in Illinois, Sara spent the past 27 years in Arizona before recently returning home to be closer to family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, including her 18 year old son, lifting weights, shopping, being outdoors, and caring for her two rescue dogs.
