Roudette holds an active Nurse Practitioner license in both Utah and Nevada and is certified in Adult-Gerontology and Psychiatric Mental Health. She has honed her skills in a wide range of settings including primary care, psychiatry, mental health, and chronic pain management through telemedicine, urgent care, and more.

Roudette is well-versed in acute and chronic disease management, especially for adults and geriatrics. She is passionate about educating patients on disease processes, medication, and treatment compliance. With a deep understanding of mental health, she is adept at diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions.

Throughout her career, Roudette has also managed pre-operative care for joint replacements and has provided pain management for post-operative care. Her hands-on experience includes administering various injections and therapies for pain relief.
