I’m Nicole Harrison, a passionate and dedicated board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I bring a unique blend of nursing expertise, healthcare education, and mental health specialization to my practice.

I earned my PMHNP certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. My nursing journey began at Durham Technical Community College, where I graduated from the practical nurse program in 1999. From there, I pursued advanced education and training, ultimately achieving my terminal degree in nursing.

My passion is serving individuals across the lifespan, with a special dedication to vulnerable populations such as the elderly and our youth. I also have valuable experience working in medication-assisted treatment programs, which enhances my ability to provide comprehensive, compassionate mental health care.

I believe in building transparent, trusting relationships with my patients by actively listening and collaborating with them.
