Nathaniel helped me through my rough times regarding my family conflicts and my dad’s passing. He didn’t judge but also didn’t side with me. He’s simply a neutral party who asks the right questions. Questions that I never thought of before, questions that gave me new perspective and approach in dealing with my problems.

About Nathaniel
Hi, I’m Nate.

I’m a licensed therapist practicing in Indiana and Florida with over 15 years of experience. I often work with people who think deeply, notice everything, and feel like their minds never quite power down. Many of my clients are capable, reflective, and hard on themselves, and still find anxiety, ADHD, or relationship stress getting in the way of the life they want.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. Sessions tend to be thoughtful, practical, and emotionally attuned. We focus on understanding patterns, making sense of your inner world, and developing strategies that actually fit how your mind works, rather than forcing yourself into systems that never quite stick.

If you are used to being the one who figures things out but still feel stuck, therapy can be a place where you do not have to perform or explain yourself. It can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and move forward with intention.

Treatment philosophy & approaches
Treatment Methodology My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths based, and grounded in evidence based practices designed to support meaningful, lasting change. I create a warm, affirming space where you are seen fully, not just as a list of symptoms but as a whole person with unique experiences, values, and goals. I draw from multiple proven therapeutic frameworks to tailor support to your needs, including: • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) • Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT informed) • Narrative Therapy • Attachment Based Therapy For couples and relationship work, I integrate relationally focused methods such as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and The Gottman Method
