I’m Melissa Pauline, a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years in healthcare and advanced training in psychiatry. As the founder of Nouveaux U Behavioral Health, I specialize in helping high-capacity women and busy professionals manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and burnout so they can thrive again. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based care—blending medication management with supportive therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are, listening without judgment, and creating a treatment plan that feels doable for your real life. Outside of work, I’m a mom of two boys and understand firsthand the juggling act of career, family, and self-care. Together, we’ll work toward restoring balance, focus, and joy in your everyday life.
