I take a calm, practical approach. We’ll talk through what’s going on and come up with a plan that makes sense for your life.

I work with adults and focus on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and sleep issues. I provide evaluations, medication management, and in-office Spravato treatment for individuals who may need a different approach.

For ADHD, I use a structured process that includes a full evaluation and a short computerized test to help with accuracy. The testing portion is self-pay $175.

My goal is simple: to help you feel better, think more clearly, and function how you want to again.
