Hello! I'm Manita Shrestha, a passionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing in Florida, New Jersey, and New York. I bring over 15+ years of experience in healthcare, dedicated to providing comprehensive care tailored to each patient's unique needs. My approach is holistic and integrative, focusing on medication management and psychotherapy to promote both mental and physical well-being.

I hold a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Rutgers University and a Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing from New York University. I have 25+ years of working experience in healthcare service industry which included 15+ years of working experience as Nurse practitioner in various roles including a Director of Nurse practioners in a hospital setting. I am dual board-certified in Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult Health, and I also specialize in Gerontology. My practice covers a range of mental health conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and eating disorders.
