Treatment philosophy & approaches
I approach therapy as a collaborative, relational process rather than a problem-solving exercise. I believe many symptoms are understandable responses to complexity, responsibility, and unmet relational needs—not signs that something is broken. My work focuses on helping clients slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and develop wider perspective and steadier nervous system regulation. I draw from developmental psychology, relational and somatic approaches, and years of clinical experience, while staying rooted in real life. Therapy is a space to notice patterns, explore meaning, and cultivate presence and agency—without pressure to perform, optimize, or arrive at quick answers.
