I specialize in anxiety, depression, attachment styles, relationship/ dating issues, family conflict and grief & loss. My work is rooted in helping people to better understand their patterns, building emotional security and creating healthier relationships with themselves and others. I offer virtual/ tele-health appointments for clients ages 18 and older who live in Florida. Im in-network with many insurance plans such Aetna, Cigna, United, UMR, Oscar and more.
