Treatment philosophy & approaches
I believe mental health care should be compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing their concerns. I take time to understand each person's unique experiences, challenges, strengths, and goals so we can develop a treatment plan that fits their needs and lifestyle. My approach combines evidence-based medication management with education, practical coping strategies, and supportive therapy. I work with adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions, with a special interest in women's mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.
