About Lawrence
With over 15 years of experience serving as a pastor and chaplain in hospitals, senior living communities, and corporate environments supporting more than 800 employees, I’ve walked alongside individuals through some of life’s most complex emotional and spiritual challenges. In these roles, I became a trusted presence for people who might never have considered reaching out for mental health support, often serving as the bridge that helped them overcome stigma and fear.
These deeply human encounters inspired my transition into the field of mental health therapy. Today, as a licensed Mental Health Therapist, I integrate my pastoral sensitivity with clinical training to offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach to healing.
It's important to note that in session, I do not show up as a pastor or chaplain but as a clinical therapist. However, my experiences come with me and inform how I hold space for others. I offer support in a nonjudgmental, non-threatening, and client-centered way.
