Hello! I’m LaVenia Fain, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Pennsylvania, California, New Jersey, and Delaware. Through Loving Minds Mental Healing, I provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, grief, and women’s mental health concerns.

With experience in both primary care and psychiatry, I take a holistic, whole-person approach that recognizes the connection between mental, physical, and emotional wellness. My goal is to provide supportive, personalized care in a safe and welcoming environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
