Hello! I’m LaVenia Fain, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, grief, and women’s mental health concerns as well as basic primary care needs.

With experience in both primary care and psychiatry, I take a holistic, whole-person approach that recognizes the connection between mental, physical, and emotional wellness. My goal is to provide supportive, personalized care in a safe and welcoming environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey. In addition to symptom management, I focus on lifestyle, stress, sleep, emotional wellness, and daily functioning to help patients achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their overall well-being.
