About Kimberly
I am a licensed mental health counselor and registered art therapist with experience working across a range of settings, including hospital trauma units, residential treatment programs for depression and trauma, and outpatient therapy. I have worked one-on-one with children, adolescents, and adults ages 8 and up, supporting individuals through concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, as well as working with couples navigating relational challenges. My background in higher-acuity settings has shaped a calm, grounded approach to therapy, even when emotions feel overwhelming. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and develop tools for meaningful and lasting change.

Same day or never day availability.

Treatment philosophy & approaches
I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in exploring the underlying patterns that shape emotions, relationships, and self-understanding. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help clients build awareness, emotional regulation, and insight at a pace that feels manageable. I integrate attachment-based and depth-oriented therapy with creative and expressive approaches, including art therapy when helpful, to support meaningful and lasting change. The therapeutic relationship is central to my work, and I strive to create a compassionate space where clients can reconnect with themselves and move toward greater balance and clarity.
