Treatment philosophy & approaches
My approach to treatment is practical, goal-oriented, and focused on real-life application. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and mindfulness techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and make meaningful changes. I focus on identifying what’s not working, building awareness, and developing clear, actionable steps you can use outside of sessions. Therapy with me is collaborative—we’ll work together to create strategies that fit your life, not just talk about problems.
