Dr. Newgene was raised in Little Rock, Arkansas and is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. He obtained his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine. His residency was at Louisiana State University, and he completed his training in Internal Medicine. Dr. Newgene has thirteen years of experience in acute hospital care, intensive critical care, outpatient primary care, telemedicine, weight loss and urgent care. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association and serving as a Medical Director for Humana. Dr. Newgene is also a board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He currently resides in DFW area with his wife, and enjoys life with his two sons and daughter.
