Hello! I am a family nurse practitioner and Illinois native. I have been an NP for 4 years and was a bedside nurse for 4 years prior. My bedside nursing background specialized in cardiovascular medicine. Today, I specialize in helping achieve their health goals in the most natural way possible! I have a background in urgent care, family medicine, weight loss, and aesthetics! I own a med spa in my hometown that I work at when I am not here! I am married with two small children and two Chow Chows. In my free time (what little I have) I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family, hiking, biking, golfing, and exercising. If there is one thing to know about me, it is that I rarely sit still, and love to challenge myself!
