Treatment philosophy & approaches
My approach to therapy is integrative, trauma-informed, and grounded in neuroscience and relational psychology. I believe symptoms are adaptive responses shaped by life experiences, attachment patterns, and nervous system conditioning. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, I help clients understand the patterns driving anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, and emotional overwhelm.
Drawing from attachment-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), CBT, DBT skills, and nervous system regulation strategies, therapy is both insight-oriented and practical. Together, we build awareness, strengthen self-trust, and develop sustainable ways of responding to stress, emotions, and relationships so clients can function with greater clarity, resilience, and ease.
