I specialize in working with couples through the lens of EFT, which is grounded in attachment theory. My work focuses on helping partners move beyond surface-level conflict to explore the deeper emotional needs that often go unspoken. We create a safe and supportive space where vulnerability, repair, and lasting connection can emerge.
In my work with individuals and teens, I draw from CBT, an approach that helps people understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or stress, we will work collaboratively to identify and reframe negative thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies and mindsets.
