I am a Board-Certified Physician Assistant and former Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience in metabolic and mental health care. I have a special interest in women’s mental health, particularly in addressing mood, anxiety, sleep, cognitive and emotional challenges that can arise during perimenopause and menopause. My goal is to help women navigate these transitions with clarity, balance, and confidence - I aim for more of a functional medicine approach to mental health. A typical treatment plan begins with a comprehensive evaluation that looks beyond symptoms to contributing factors such as stress, sleep, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and overall health. When appropriate, treatment may include thoughtful medication management, brief supportive therapy, education, and practical lifestyle strategies. Care is collaborative and may include coordination with therapists, health coaches or other allied health care professionals. All sessions with me are via tele-health.
