Gail is a licensed marriage and family therapist working with individual adults in California who are experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, grief and life transitions. She provides trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. She has a special interest in women's issues and has additional training in strategies for coping with PMDD, pregnancy/postpartum, perimenopause/menopause, pregnancy loss, and infertility.
Gail creates a calm, accepting, and encouraging space for people to share about their thoughts and feelings. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process where individuals are equal partners in setting goals and determining what tools work for them. Gail wants every individual to leave therapy feeling empowered with the tools they need to handle all of life's challenges.
