About Denitra
Hi, I’m Denitra. I help women, teens, and parents make sense of what they’re feeling so they can get the support they need without guessing or struggling alone. I look at the whole person, not just symptoms. My work centers on women’s mental health, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and support for parents raising neurodivergent children. I know how overwhelming it can feel when you’re trying to care for everyone else while holding things together. You deserve someone who really sees you.

I take my time. I listen deeply. I help you understand what’s going on in your mind, body, and nervous system. I explain things in a way that feels simple and doable. Together, we build a plan that meets you where you are. You’ll always leave our sessions with clarity, not confusion.

Treatment philosophy & approaches
My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe in treating the whole person — not just the diagnosis — by combining evidence-based psychiatric care with mindfulness, education, and lifestyle strategies that promote long-term wellness. During our sessions, we’ll work together to identify the root causes of your symptoms, set achievable goals, and develop a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. Whether through medication management, therapy coordination, or supportive coaching, my goal is to help you feel balanced, confident, and empowered in your mental health journey.
