I'm a board-certified preventive medicine physician with advanced training in menopause, hormone therapy, metabolic health, lifestyle and integrative medicine.

I am passionate about helping women navigate menopause with personalized, evidence-based care integrating hormonal/natural methods with lifestyle strategies. As a woman who went through surgical menopause at 35, I empathize with others struggling with this transition in life!

My approach is to restore balance, improve energy, and support long-term wellness and quality of life. In addition to addressing hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, sleep disruption, and low libido, I offer medical weight-loss, including GLP-1s (semaglutide/tirzepatide) with a healthy lifestyle to manage weight and metabolism issues.

In my spare time I enjoy spending QT with my husband and our dog Rowena, as well as family and good friends. I am happy to discuss Netflix recommendations!
