Individuals I have successfully worked with have come from diverse populations of all ages who have been diagnosed with a wide range of minor to severe mental health and medical diagnoses, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, ADHD/ADD, personality disorders, grief, relationship problems, and substance use disorders. I am trauma and disability specialized, I know how to treat trauma, distress, and mental health symptoms following The Path of Least Resistance, using either hands on and/or hands off discussing past trauma/history treatment approaches.
I specialize in many treatment modalities including CBT, NLP, mindfulness, psychodynamic, person-centered, Christian Counseling, and trauma-informed care. Environments I have worked in include MH clinics, child and family services, substance use clinics, refugee shelters, Catholic Health, nursing homes, tele-counseling, and an Independent Living Center.
