Christine received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Syracuse University. She also has training and experience supporting birthing mothers and their families through labor and delivery as a Full Spectrum Doula. The versatility of her education has fostered her understanding and emphasis on the mind, body, and soul connection in therapeutic work.
She has experience supporting individuals with but not limited to anxiety, depression, personality disorders, PTSD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Christine emphasizes autonomy in her work with others and believes in a collaborative approach toward identifying treatment goals and what healing looks like for the individual, couple, or group.
