I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Art Therapist. I am passionate about guiding women in overcoming challenges and resolving trauma so they can lead happy, fulfilling lives. I strive to create a supportive, empowering space to explore previous experiences with compassion and gain a deeper understanding of how they impact present beliefs and behaviors. I aspire to assist individuals in accessing and utilizing their unique strengths to achieve their goals and facilitate personal growth through shifting perspectives, replacing negative beliefs, and rewriting narratives that have formed in response to past difficulties.
