I’m a board-certified Nurse Practitioner providing personalized telehealth care rooted in clinical expertise, compassion, and genuine connection. My background includes advanced nursing education and service in the United States Air Force, where I developed a strong foundation in adaptability, discipline, and patient-centered care.



Through military service and traveling the world, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds, shaping a thoughtful and whole-person approach to health. I’m passionate about patient education and believe healthcare works best when patients feel informed, heard, and empowered.



As a parent of three, I understand the importance of balance, practicality, and compassionate care. Telehealth allows me to offer flexible, private visits without sacrificing quality or connection. My goal is for every patient to feel supported, confident, and cared for from the very first visit.
