Charles Wade, is a great provider who follows up on you and gives you real time feedback. Using the Food Journal helps me to lose more weight by documenting and getting feedback from provider. The Metrics allows you to document weight changes and give the provider a change to change or comment on changes in real time. I feel using the food journal has given me a better chance of lossing weight and allows Charles to let me know what changes maybe needed in my diet. Recommend using the tool provided on the site to assist in diet and weight loss.

I have been to many Pysch docs and it can be very frustrating because they look at my history and rinse and repeat what I’ve always done which isn’t working for me anymore. I have been desperate for better help for almost a year and I finally found Shelly. She really listens and gives a lot of verbal feedback.
