I'm Dr. Venessia Norvil, a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 9 years of healthcare experience. I am passionate about helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood challenges, ADHD, substance use concerns, and everyday life stressors using a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to each person’s unique needs. I earned two master’s degrees in nursing from Western Governors University and Chamberlain College and later completed my Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Science, Arts, and Technology.

I am dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working toward meaningful, lasting growth.
