Treatment philosophy & approaches
My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and client centered. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients understand patterns, regulate emotions, and strengthen connection within themselves and with others. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, respected, and actively engaged in the process, and I strive to balance empathy with practical, skills-based interventions that support meaningful change.
