I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and family nurse practitioner (FNP-C), and the founder of IPW Health. I've worked in healthcare since 2007, including emergency, interventional radiology and on-call settings, before focusing on psychiatry. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma and related conditions, and I order and review labs to look at the whole picture. I see patients by telehealth in California, Oregon, Washington and Colorado, and in person at our Mission Viejo office. I speak English and Farsi.

I also offer self-pay GLP-1 medical weight care (initial visit $200, follow-ups $150). I look at the whole person, including mood, sleep, stress and medications that affect weight, and review your history and labs before prescribing. Follow-ups can be by video or secure text.
