Treatment philosophy & approaches
I provide evidence-based therapy for people experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, anger, ADHD, addictive behaviors and life stressors. My approach is collaborative and structured, drawing from CBT, I-CBT, EMDR, ERP, Art Therapy and IFS. I work with clients to understand patterns that maintain distress and to build practical skills that support lasting change. Therapy with me is compassionate, goal-oriented, and focused on real-world progress.
