Treatment philosophy & approaches
I believe mental health care should focus on the whole person, not just symptoms or diagnoses. Physical health, emotional well-being, nutrition, sleep, relationships, stress, and other medical conditions all influence mental health and should be considered when creating a treatment plan.
My approach is collaborative, holistic, and evidence-based. While medications can be beneficial, they are not always the only answer. I am committed to exploring alternative and innovative treatment options when appropriate, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and other evidence-based therapies.
My goal is to listen, understand your unique story, and work with you to develop a personalized plan that promotes healing, resilience, and long-term wellness.
