This was my first time being on the patient end of telehealth, and although I had avoided it for quite some time, I could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I connected with the provider, I felt welcomed and met with compassion. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, and attentive. He immediately established a genuine patient-provider relationship and asked all the right questions while truly taking the time to listen. Most importantly, I never once felt like a number. I felt like I had his full attention and that, in that moment, his only priority was providing me with the care I needed. He also followed through immediately with everything that needed to be done, which I greatly appreciated. His staff was equally wonderful. Even before I spoke with the provider, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough. She made sure I had everything I needed, answered my questions, and ensured all of my paperwork was completed. No matter when I reached out, even later in the evening, my questions were acknowledged and answered. Had I known about this practice sooner, I would have come sooner. But I’m here now, and I am extremely pleased with the care I received. I’m genuinely grateful that my first experience as a telehealth patient was with this team.
