If I could've checked all of the options above, I would have. I feel like there comes a time when if you are reaching out for help and you're really ready to engage you will find your person and today I did. I left my first appointment with the ability to take a breath and finally feeling no judgment and that it is OK to trust the process and more importantly to trust yourself. I appreciate the time she took to listen and I mean not just to hear me but to really listen and as a result the questions that she asked that normally make me shutdown I found myself able to answer using the best words I knew how but that was a totally new experience for me. I'm so thankful I found her.
