I use an integrative approach. I believe that no one approach will cover every aspect of the issues that clients bring to the table. I collaborate with the client to be most effective because every individual and every situation is unique, and should be treated as such in order to receive the optimal results. In order to effectively help my clients achieve clarity, healing, and reach their goals, I utilize techniques with the most favorable approach to fit the needs of each situation. At the end of our time together, my wish is for you to be enlightened, driven, confident, and empowered to continue on the new and enriched path that you worked so hard to successfully pave during therapy.
