My treatment philosophy is rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and respect for each client’s internal process. I approach therapy with an inquisitive stance—asking thoughtful questions, exploring patterns, and helping clients reflect on their experiences—while also recognizing the importance of allowing space for free association. At times, I intentionally step back and invite clients to speak without interruption, trusting that this openness supports self-discovery and the formation of meaningful connections.
