Dr Brown is always prompt to respond to messages which is a big plus for me. He is empathetic and kind and he actually listens to what im saying. He gives me the ability to be a voice in my treatment and we come up with a plan together through thought and conversation. In the past I have felt dismissed, unheard, belittled and/or judged by my mental health provider. I can gladly say I don't have to go through that anymore!
