Licensed clinician specializing in complex trauma, neurodivergence, crisis care, aging, grief, & integrative healing. My work is grounded in 20,000+ clinical hours in the US & extensive advanced study across trauma treatment, autism, epilepsy, emotional regulation, & mind-body medicine.

I hold 2 bachelor’s degrees & 2 master’s degrees, with training in both top-down & bottom-up modalities, including crisis intervention, & complementary therapies. I have also developed original therapeutic frameworks designed to support change beyond diagnosis alone.

My clinical approach combines scientific rigor, cultural fluency, & respect for the nervous system’s capacity to adapt. Clients consistently report meaningful progress, extending beyond individual healing into leadership, caregiving, & community impact.
