Hello, I’m Marc Exilus, a passionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based in Middletown, Delaware. With years of experience, I am dedicated to offering compassionate care for individuals facing mental health challenges across all age groups.

At Alert Mind Mental Health Services LLC, my focus is on improving mental wellness in the community. We offer various services, including family and behavioral counseling, substance abuse treatments, and medication management. Our treatments are evidence-based and cater to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals in different settings, enabling them to overcome challenges related to mental health, substance dependency, and more. I believe in a recovery-focused approach, fostering a supportive environment that empowers my patients to achieve their full potential.

Education has played a significant role in my career. Holding a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Wilmington University and a master's from Drexel University, I constantly strive to stay updated on the best practices in mental health care.
