Welcome! I’m excited to share a little about myself. With a strong passion for patient care, I bring years of hands-on experience in various healthcare settings. I specialize in conducting thorough health assessments, both in-person and via telehealth, focusing on your physical and mental well-being. Your health is my priority, and I carefully screen for changes in physical health, nutrition, and overall safety.

Previously, I worked at Northwell Health System and in various primary care practices, where I provided direct patient care and developed strategies to prevent future health issues.

Languages spoken include English and Creole, allowing me to communicate effectively with a diverse range of patients.

Outside of work, I’ve been recognized for my dedication and received several awards that highlight my commitment to excellence in healthcare.
