I'm Kyle Roth, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (FNP-BC, APRN, MSN, MHA) and founder of Roth Family Medicine & Mental Health in Pocatello, Idaho. I specialize in treatment-resistant depression, offering ketamine-assisted therapy, TMS, and Spravato alongside traditional psychiatric care.
